My name is Xiker Lanz, an industrial drafter and 3D designer based in Bilbo, Spain.

I’m interested in simple ideas, practical objects and mechanisms that solve small problems or create new interactions.

Ordinary Contraptions is where I explore these ideas through design, prototyping and experimentation — building things that are, in principle, nothing special.

Alongside this project, I work in industrial design within professional environments, combining technical knowledge with hands-on development.
