A fully handcrafted, reprogrammable RGB LED sign built around an Arduino controller, enclosed in a custom painted wooden chassis with a removable top cover. The hand-soldered 24 V LED panel displays the word "ARGIPLAY", divided into independent sections to allow separate color control and programmed lighting effects for "ARGI" and "PLAY".
The system features four rear push-buttons for mode selection, two potentiometers to adjust brightness and audio-effect sensitivity, and indicator LEDs for power and audio reactivity. A 3.5 mm audio pass-through enables music synchronization without losing the output signal, while an external USB port allows straightforward reprogramming. Power is supplied via a 24 V barrel jack, utilizing an internal voltage divider to provide a 9 V line for the Arduino, which drives the fully hand-soldered MOSFET switching stages.
Developed as the core hardware for the Argiplay business concept, the project won "Best Video of a Business Idea" at the 19th Enpresari Competition organized by DEMA and the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, alongside the "Business Idea with Future Projection" award in Tknika's Ikasenpresa programme.
