Modular Hook

This project features a fully modular wall hook system designed for maximum flexibility and customization. The design includes interchangeable hooks and spacers in multiple lengths, mounting options for screws or adhesive, and tongue-and-groove connections that allow users to create tailored storage layouts.

Every component was optimized for support-free FDM 3D printing, ensuring reliable prints, efficient material usage, and straightforward assembly.

The project demonstrates parametric CAD modelling, design for additive manufacturing, and the development of a scalable product family, resulting in a library of 48 interchangeable components that can be combined to create a wide range of custom wall-mounted storage solutions.
